pro tip: if you have to consume lovecraftian amounts of caffeine and you have autism, that's the next best thing to an ADHD diagnosis.
frankly it boggles me that step 1 for an adhd diagnosis isn't just giving people 200mg of caffeine pills and seeing if they start vibrating or promptly forget they ever took the pills.
people with adhd generally need stimulants to function normally, it's no different than any other prescription medicine and saying that they should "just sleep" is like telling a person without legs to walk it off, you dick.
