It depends of course. Should i take everything i like without taking into account anything else? No.
Is my personal enjoyment more important than a big company's monetary gain? Probably.
Do they use predatory practices to get people to spend more money? All of them do, more on my favor.
It is a digital good meaning that nobody actually loses anything if i take it? Sign me for it.

Hmm, I've always felt the opposite. Every time I see something advertising itself as "premium" it always drops down a few quality notches in my head. If your product is that good, why do you have to tell people about it?
