I'm glad I had 24 more cupcakes ready after this learning experience 🫠.

Just scrap off the frosting, put the cupcakes in the dishwasher and re frost them when done. Easy.

True, squeaky-clean πŸ˜‹ lemon scented vanilla cupcakes.

Sink looks clean. I'd still eat 'em πŸ€·πŸ»β€β™‚οΈ

That's not fun at all!

SatansMaggotyCumFart@lemmy.world · -5 pts · 2y

That's debatable, I like them dirty but I would never eat out of a sink.

Then?

SatansMaggotyCumFart@lemmy.world · 1 pts · 2y

Oh thanks that must be why I’m getting downvoted.

Ah, theyre still salvageable.

Waffles@lemmy.ml · 4 pts · 2y

At least 6 aren't touching the sink at all. Absolutely keep those.

This is just another reason to always keep the sink clean. No cupcake left behind!

No cupcake left behind!

That's a funny mash-up: it's a trope from war movies, but cupcakes instead ☺️

Thank you, I do try

The trick is to not do that.

"Will you be donating that million dollars now, sir?"

"No, I'd still prefer not."

Oh no

I imagine that this was one of those moments where you just stare in disbelief that it happened, then laugh at past-you for thinking it wouldn't.

One of those 'well fuck. Of course it did' moments.

Skull@lemmy.ca · 2 pts · 2y

That's what happened essentially. I remember balancing the tray and thinking, I bet as soon as I let go of this rack, it'll slip into the sink. Then this post became history. πŸ‘€..

It was a great reminder that we all make silly mistakes, and makes a good lesson to share with others to not be lazy 😁.. or less lazy that is.

moistclump@lemmy.world · 3 pts · 2y

Nooooo! I’m so sorry that really sucks.

Empricorn@feddit.nl · 2 pts · 2y

I'll eat *them if you're *burdened by those cupcakes!
