That's what happened essentially. I remember balancing the tray and thinking, I bet as soon as I let go of this rack, it'll slip into the sink. Then this post became history. π..
It was a great reminder that we all make silly mistakes, and makes a good lesson to share with others to not be lazy π.. or less lazy that is.

Just scrap off the frosting, put the cupcakes in the dishwasher and re frost them when done. Easy.
