Were you on the right time? Remember, with the DST switch they change to the other two-hour pattern (i.e. every meta that was at odd hours is now at even and vice versa).
Amnytas works fine for me, so if it is a bug it's low-occurrence.
Yes, I specifically checked the wiki Event Timer to really doubly make sure, there was no meta going on. An entire squad stood there baffled. I checked again two hours later and 0 meta squads. I'll again personally join the map again later and check it a third time.
Yeah I would've noticed. I think I knew what was going on. If a super fresh map spawns right before the meta starts, the meta...doesn't start. I've talked a bit with my current Archipelago squad and that behaviour has been confirmed. So, yeah, make of that what you will. Has a right feel to me.

DST in Germany ended on 2023-10-29 (2 weeks ago). You probably would have noticed by now, if the GW2wiki/Browser time is off by one hour, right?
