Just use the mouse with your foot!

Just create a really huge mouse that you can sit on and control with your butt. You could call it a capybara clicker.

I believe this is in reference to a post just recently, where OP asked if there was a split keyboard with a duplicate set of keys

It appears a lack of dual single handed keyboards. I’d say it isn’t the strangest problem I’ve seen but that would be a lie
