Jeez... I recently bought a house and the sheer amount of stuff that needs hands-on attention is stressful to say the least.

These people are monsters, preying on people when they're stressed and dealing with a million other things and defrauding them.

Also they've been sued 20 times in the past decade and they're still operational? That's wild...
