Looks like I was wrong. The weird post and placement of the guardrails fooled me.
Apparently it's not ai, but even if it was it just looks like a regular potato phone picture from inside a car. Shitting on people for not being able to CSI this image and deduce it's fake is a bit much.

And crop some of the unnecessary landscape so that the actual subject of the image is easier to see on small devices. Also, blur the license plate.
