Nono, in Checo's version of the rule book it clearly says in Article 33 § 11: "Unless you are ~~a Red Bull driver yourself~~ Max Verstappen, if you see a Red Bull closing up in your mirrors you are obligated to shit your pants and make way immediately."

And just like every sane person in the paddock he has it printed out. ;)
