It seems to tickle Graham Yost when people refer to Silo as a sci-fi drama.

For me, I don’t class it as sci-fi, just a great mystery/drama that happens to be set in the future. It doesn’t really rely on sci-fi tropes to tell the story. I’ve been trying to convince my wife to watch it but she doesn’t like sci-fi, so isn’t interested despite me trying to convince her it isn’t really sci-fi.

This show is absolutely awesome. One of the best shows being made right now. I cannot express my appreciation for this show well enough. It's just wonderful.
