Why does the default language of the Krita website is Spanish?

just curious, why does https://krita.org/ is in Spanish, and https://krita.org/en in English?

Seems like a very weird bug, for me the website is in Korean by default 🤔

It’s in Korean for me too (even though the list of preferred languages in my browser settings doesn’t include Korean).

There is regularly some caching bugs with Wordpress and it cache the page in the wrong language :(

It’s French for me. Also fun that the ads asking for money are in English :)

I assume it’s because kde is globally developed, so why not use non-English?
