He lost the two fights prior AND was above the weight limit in his last loss against Hooker. Also, it is not like Bobby Green had a stellar record before this fight. So I think Turner still has a lot of work to do. Although looking at the rankings and considering he has a marketable fighting style, maybe you're right and they're giving him fighters up the ranking like Beneil of Fiziev next.

Not saying he should fight top 5. But 10-15 sounds fair for me.
Bobby green is not a worldbeater but knocking him out that quickly is impressive
