Is there any motivation techniques. We did soooo many gherkins last year. I find myself actively leaving the gherkins out of meals. Even though I used to buy them from shops and have them everyday.
I have 5 or 6 large jars in the pantry but I just can't seem to get through them. Was it the process that put me off. Hundreds of cucumbers to wash slice and then can.

Give them as gifts.

Maybe try making fried pickles? Or using them diced in sauces, or as an accompaniment for a rice bowl.

Oh some good ideas. I usually have them in salads. But I just can't motivate to get them out the jar. They taste great. Maybe it's the amount

I like slicing the pickles into chips for sandwiches, or making pickle relish. Also seconded on the fried pickles, just batter and fry away

I'll need to try frying them. I've had a few fried ones before. Mine probably don't have the tang required. Good suggestions
