Well, the Bell riots are in September 2024, perhaps this post is for the people who don't live in the sanctuary districts and can afford to both lounge and acquire multiple sets of loungewear.
Many people take off from Christmas until after the new year. This post is referencing that many people will stay in sweats/pajamas/comfy clothes for the entire time.
