[CBC Ottawa] Michael Andlauer reaches agreement to buy Ottawa Senators

Local owners are involved as well which is nice and the guy looks like he had deep pockets.

So I can start cheering for sens again!

As long as they end up moving closer to the city, I'll be happy.
