I haven't really seen the issue you are experiencing. I remember when RD said they would ban people a while back for copyrighted content, but I haven't seen anything happen.
It might be a more regional issue you are experiencing.
On a sidenote, I've axed used Stremio+RD addon and switched over to Nuvio+Comet. It seems more stable and doesn't have the "Donation" model that Stremio just announced for the same features.
I would probably lean into soulseek. Mostly FLAC on there.
You will have to share your library back or most people won't share with you or you'll get banned. You may want to bind a VPN for some privacy although I'm not 100% sure it's needed.
There are plenty of soulseek clients to use on windows and Linux. I've got it setup directly on my Synology NAS with lidarr/aurral for managing my library.
If you must stick to torrents, most quality torrent sites are private. I've used redacted.sh in the past.
You could also try lossless.wtf for direct downloads.
Putters are almost always a "What feels best to you?" thing in my opinion.
I putted with SS-4S wizards for about three years then switched to a beadless putter about 2 years ago. When I switched putters I stopped resting my index finger on the bead and now use more of a fan grip when putting. I seem to generate more power with this grip now.
I wasn't a huge fan of ToTA, so probably a skip for me. At least they are giving us stuff to do though and it's a new idea, so hopefully fun for some folks!

I've got one with a cage or two pronged claw that works great. There is another type that has a sticky ball at the end I've heard good things about called the Max stick retriever on infinitediscs.

Looks pretty fun. Not a huge fan of the run back where you came from idea when you're retreating underwater, but hopefully it's not that bad.
Crafting looks insane though.
It was when reddit killed (or tried to kill) 3rd party apps.
Lots of folks, me included, couldn't be bothered with the official reddit app which was pretty poorly done compared to other mature apps.
Edit: As to why it's smaller now - I have no real evidence but I'd guess he is saying people migrated back to reddit.
