oof, yeah fair enough. it's quite easy to forget how something should work for a user that wants a 1-2 experience. But in my defense my pro controller stays on the same address and it does turn the deck on.
Technically you could use the unicorn pro controller to pair into the steam deck and you could press the little home button when the deck is paired and it'd turn the deck on automatically, but then there's the inconvenience of pairing it back with the switch. Dunno if the steam controller support manual wake up though.
nah you don't need dex get termux and x11 and hook it up to a monitor mouse and keyboard. Dex is way too limited for what i wanna do with a phone PC, and phones aren't really there yet.
I've been in the same boat, so i got myself a cheap phone (actually a hand-me-down from my mom in the form of a Redmi 6A lol), flashed lineageos and didn't install gapps. Basically as dumb as a smartphone gets. Then you get fdroid and aurora store and you're good to go. However, i use that phone only when i need to focus, so about 5-6 hours a day, so unfortunately i still have a smartphone. So maybe it would be worth it for you to look into that sorta thing, definitely has helped me regain control.
YOOOO what's the montor size?? I've got a 14 inch 15:10 from AliExpress and this would be the coolest shit to print out! If you could, could you share the file to it?

the damn yakuza series is amazing but sega has such a hard on for denuvo
to be fair you then put that installer on an usb and it's physical. I'd rather a DRM free digital game in a box than the code with DRM
it's very sad to me that I won't be rooting my next phone because of play integrity API. At least ADB is here to stay.... right?
i like recieving notifications and calls on it cuz I don't feel my phone vibrating most of the time lol
If only i could shave my head with one i would in a heartbeat.
holy shit huge news, for some reason i didn't catch that. Thanks!

I truly yearn for the day i can just plug in a phone into a dock and use it as a PC honestly.
There's also a script for Android TV on the deck that's pretty good, I didn't test it yet but I'll sure as hell be using that for my tv stuff
it was so fucking peak on my Samsung man what a throwback
