If Perchance text to image generated is making money by using Adds then they should also have a some kind of legal policy about copyrights not just by forwarding to other website like Stable Diffusion license (in my opinion you may differ). By reading Stable Diffusion License terms by using the URL you have provided as if it talking about real human Models license. As per latest US court the AI generated things can not be copyrighted. Also some People are saying their images should not be used for AI learning etc. In the meantime I will also check about Stable Diffusion website. Once again I appreciate your output.

If you just want to share a generated image with the community on that generator, you can “send to gallery” instead, and it will show for anyone looking at that gallery for that generator. You can’t do that with just any image file though–it would have to be done by clicking that button on the generation in the page, after it’s generated, rather than downloading and doing something with that image.
