Maybe I'm blind but I couldn't find the unsubscribe button on the Spotify mobile app. Found it ezpz on the desktop version. Pissed me off that I can sub on the app but not unsub.
People who only use phones for everything probably see that and just never unsubscribe due to the hassle or lack of knowing the difference.
They did something similar in Indiana. It's not a 'the cops are coming' thing. It's more about having a law that the school can reference when whiny ass parents get mad when a teacher takes a students phone away because it's disrupting class.

None of my utilities charge a fee. Seems foreign to me. Usually only the bmv charges one online.
No fee for the portal. His only justification was it is some human interaction, which is fine. Just feels like a boomer mentality.
Hell, you can even pay through a check via the banks online portal. Dude doesn't have a cell phone and never has.
