I don't entirely trust veterinarians to make that decision, because in the past it has seemed to me that they tend to err on the side of euthanasia.

Well, I just wrote and posted a review of Everything for Everyone on BookWyrm.social and copied it here (and on my Mastodon account). I'm an older reader, and I preferred older books even when I was a child. So many of the books reviewed on my BookWyrm account are pre-1980 or so. That said, there are a lot of wonderful old books - including many in the public domain - which are really worth reading!
Pretty good, but it definitely needs some of the functionality of GoodReads! There just isn't enough social interaction there. Without that, it's kind of stuck in a quiet place.
I'm still skeptical that Epstein died at all! More likely they killed some guy who looked like him and let Mossad spirit the real Epstein away to Tel Aviv, where he's living under a new identity on the beach with all the children he can r*pe.
As for Trump, no. Come on. The only way ANY of the corruption ends is with a general strike and the overthrow of the state - plus, with any luck, capitalism itself.

I thought it was a dream, but decades later my parents confirmed that when I was a baby the thermostat had broken and we had a night where the temperature was 100°. As for the animal with glowing eyes, that was our cat.
It sounds to me as if the problem is one of technology and manpower; both need to be enhanced. Voting to bell the cat won't help if it's impossible to do!

My hope is that when the USA falls, it will take global capitalism with it. I've been speculating about the post-capitalist world on Mastodon lately.
