Make continuous scrolling in social media illegal.
Make a setting mandatory which (when active) only shows posts from the people you follow. That should stop the attention seeking crap that appears in everyone's feed. The user didn't ask for random information, they want info on the people they follow.

Yes on the intel MacBooks :) I put cachyOS on mine and even though it used to be an overheating laptop the fans don't even start. Processor stays at around 40-50C.

To me, "proud" is the wrong word. I didn't do anything when it comes to founding the EU. So how can I be proud of something I didn't do? "Grateful" is the better word in my opinion.
Yeah sending some troops from multiple european countries is a strong message indeed. I just think Trump won't be impressed by that and opt for force anyways.
I know it's a good first step. I just wanted to highlight, that the headline, although technically the truth, is a bit sensationalist. Also I don't think Trump will be impressed by that. But I can see how sending a small team is also a strong indirect message to Trump.
I agree in a better world education should prevent most people from disinformation but with ai in the mix analysing info to detect fakes gets harder and harder. Trying to combat disinformation by explaining things takes too long. By the time we explained one thing 100 new fake news get published. Since I don't have a solution my only thought was copying ai slop but with facts and fire it back into the internet. Make it scream from every side. Eventually social media is just ai slop.
Honestly, just get rid of the cameras and I'm fine with smart glasses.

Also what do we do as counter measure? Generate videos to promote EU and then throw that out there? How do we deal with that?
