I agree. Its just a big impact lower cost option. Have you considered some eaves? If you can get your hands on some timber? If you figure the angle of the sun on your home, some placed at strategic windows could be a good help.

Has a media player or can at least play video in app. I hate YT and google so prefer to view there an then. (i like recipes and there's a few good chefs i still want to follow).
This gives you grit and determination. Sometimes you get a tough hand but climbing out and doing it quietly well is something to be proud of, amongst the guilt.
