Mr Grover, thanks for your reply! I would like to make this as trouble free a switch as I can so I am going to try to put one Deco puck into AP mode (and hope I can manually change the SSID, Deco app/firmware isn’t great), connect it to the switch in the office then run a cable directly from the DR to the switch and see what happens. I’ll also factory reset one of the Drayteks and put it into AP mode as a back up. Looks like I can get 2nd hand UniFi AP’s for around £60 so I’ll look at shipping some of them in if all goes well.
Nailed on they will defederate at some point in the medium term (if they federate in the first place) in order to try and dominate the space left by Twitter.

I’m using Mlem so of course this may not be relevant but I had kind of the same problem. I expected to be able to post from my feeds page but you can’t. You have to be inside the actual feed you want to post to.

The tongue was the main reason I wanted to use Mlem!
I went with both (mainly because I like different usernames for different apps/sites) but see what looks like people using one login for both.
Mlem appears to allow that
