What a dumb answer. Would you say the same when there's new scientific evidence about cancer treatment?

But ok, you refuse to learn so I'm gonna stop arguing with you

This answer just shows that you need to update your knowledge about dog training and behaviour.

The release of dopamine in dogs during play, petting, or training reinforces positive behaviors. This reward mechanism helps dogs associate humans with safety, affection, and happiness, leading to better-behaved, more trusting pets. Over time, these interactions can create new neural pathways in a dog’s brain, reducing anxiety and promoting a sense of well-being.

Two key players in this process are the neurotransmitters dopamine and oxytocin, which are central to reward-motivated behavior and social bonding, respectively.

And ignoring your dog, when he shows affection, will have the exact opposite effect

If you want to break a dog's habbit of jumping up, pawing at you, or getting overly excited at your return: ignore them. Do not pet them when you walk in the door. Do not give them any form of validation for several minutes, perhaps after they lay down.

Why is this advice upvoted? The only thing you create with ignoring is trust issues. If you want to break this habit, direct the energy to something else, like fetching a toy or another behaviour and reward it. Like you train anything else.

Yeah, a lot of people are missing who made the tool.

I can just speak as a deck owner because i'm not at home till october, but heroic saves a lot of headache. Combined with SteamTinkerTools is was really easy to set up everything.

Do you use the UWS-Mod they mention on the downgrader tool Nexuspage?

UHmm, that sounds rough.

Well, you can check the scripts of the tool yourself. They're all in the zip file you download from nexus. It just sends the credentials to the Steam API and uses the auth token for the rest. That's exactly what the Steam app on Android does. And it's also not some tool from a random dude, it's the official downgrader tool from the FOLON team. They even link it on their homepage. I get being paranoid with credentials, but in this case i saw no problem. Sorry for my rambling, but this "issue" is blown way out of proportion imo.

I just followed this guide

It's deck specific, but the deck just runs arch. The only difference from the guide was that i didn't used the gui .exe and just ran the .sh script in Konsole.

That's actually something i still have trouble with and i'm hit withe the "No Female" bug. Gonna try your suggestion for F4SE bug. I'm currently installing the recommended mods which are suggested in the downgrader tool.

Edit// installed GE-Proton 9-11 and it runs with F4SE, so thank you :)

Since the latest release was in June i guess they added the latest security patches. Click on the download link, it will forward you to the github page. And since this rom has OTA updates they definitely incorporate patches

Yes they do. At least the maintainer for the S8 releases them regularily. That's not something i would worry about. When the unofficials get a stable state they're fine and only get the latest patches from LOS. I'm running customs since 8 years and i never had problems.

I'm running the unoffical one on my Samsung S8 without issues since it's been released. Unofficial only means it's not supported and compiled from the LOS developers. They're safe and stable
