Ugh, like yes explicitly training to be hyper aware is bad and causes anxiety.

But like, many societies will just teach this via the education/social systems.

And in some societies being a woman and not being aware of how to react to flirt/class/advancement is not just getting yelled at but can end up with jail/physical violence where you are in the wrong.

I'm all for making powerful men get to the hyper awareness so that we can change this bull crap.

But I don't like blaming a mother/parent for teaching their children how to survive the world they live in.

Alright to anyone who would question this statement. I am a mom, and have had extremely similar conversations with my kid regarding programming and perspectives.

Seriously it's important for problem solving to not get caught up in perfect solutions or solutions you think are the right path be cause of your own bias'.

Sometimes to solve a problem you are stuck on, or is proving too challenging the best course of action is to figure out why you are trying to solve it that way, and what other solutions there might be.

Well....

So like for probably me and you, it was our grand fathers and great grandfather's that put forth the rules of war in WW1 and WW2.

For Trump it was his dad. He's not even that removed, he was born 3 years before the Geneva convention was ratified. When "War Crimes" actually became a thing...

Purely speculation, but given the fact he has never had respect of law, I think him and his cabal would have been against the idea of creating war crimes in 1949... So for him its just a long line of ignoring inconvenient "woke" bullcrap.

Reading the comments about how crap the service is or how dumb it is to pay for 4 subscriptions to watch the shows you want to watch.

I mean yes those are issues but I think the real issue is that we are in general just much more poor now compared to the cable days.

You can't get the same amount of money out of people who are paying a larger percentage of their take home in food and rent.

The problem isn't piracy, the problem is wealth distribution .

No it's not real, even the follow up has the date of Sat, Aug 15th, 2025.

Saturday is the 16th.

There is a lot of other issues people have pointed out but right out of the gate that one is clear sign of it being fake.

Meh my internet points will take a hit.

Guy is paid to enforce rules. "Hey you snuck in food I have to ask you to leave."

Last says "No."

Dudes next thing is "Well I'll need to call the cops if you are treaspassing."

Lady refuses. So he calls the cops.

Yes there is testimony from the people kicked out that he was a douche, but for arguments sake let's say the guys denies saying any of the douchebag thing.

Now let's put you in his shoes. You need this job, you have a lady refusing to leave... What do you do?

Seriously his actions aren't unwarranted, especially in a place like NZ where cops don't have a whole thing about shooting people.

I say this as a person who's snuck tons of snacks, but also when I was caught and asked to leave I did.
