The brand:wikidata refers to the Wikidata entry about the brand, so it's the same for all locations under that brand and all locations can have the tag.

The OSM Belgium documented the tool and process for the Belgian sources of building shapes: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/WikiProject/_Belgium/Building/_and/_address/_import. Notice there are rules to automated imports: https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import.
