For sure, emcomm teams have to listen to population (I think about PMR446, LPD433, CB27, E channel...) in voice mode, but they need to build internal radio infrastructure to share information. Ribbit could be a brick of this solution :

I think it's time to try open source software.

My best DX on 2m was 362km in FT8.
I used my HF setup (FTdx10 + a Raspberry Pi) with a transverter (28 > 144 MHz) outing 15 watts and a power amplifier to push signal to 50 watts.
On 6m band, I've reached 1600km
