Even better, gorditas literally translate to little fat girls i believe (but maybe I'm wrong). Tbf, we have a processed sausage-alike that we call a hot dog so language and our perception of it is weird

You should explain to your father that zionism did not emerge in a vacuum within the Jewish community. It was controversial the moment it arose and was as supported as yiddishist movements that were expressly anti-zionist. This was an intense divide that even resulted in violence on both sides by both sides. Nazis and the staggeringly entrenched antisemitism of eastern Europe/Russia ended up sorting it out in favor of the zionist anti-yiddishists, though.

Not that I agree they're conscious, but this is an incorrect and overly simplistic definition of a LLM. They are probabilistic in nature, yea, and they work on tokens, or fragments, of words. But it's about as much of an oversimplification to say humans are just markov chains that make plausible sentences that can come after [the context] as it is to say modern GPTs are.

Grok is closed source, I believe, so it's hard to say. But, ignoring unknown architecture or latent space details, this could be a lot of things. The way you seem to be using the term hallucination effectively applies to EVERY output of a GPT. They effectively reason probabilistically across a billion dimensioned space mapping language components, with various dimensions taking on various semantic values due to a sort of mathematical differentiation during training. This could be the result of influence from any number of things tbh.

Sure would suck if the ICE agent, Brian Sullivan, who was held in contempt by the judge and for whom a bench warrant was issued, was beaten with a bat until compliant with being arrested and dragged into custody. Would just be a travesty.

I don't think it makes sense to keep up with this "look what you idiots did" garbage i see so often because, as you said, it isn't a guarantee that it would made a difference, unsolicitedly gloating at someone that their poor decision has lead to increased misery is gross and counterproductive, and it inherently reduces the ultimate culpability on Republican voters that did in fact directly vote for this and should all be held to account. That said, there is a good chance that between abstentions, third party protest votes, and the distribution of both across the critical EC votes, the movement may have tipped the scales--but there is really no way to know either way.

If you look at Harris' history and the constituency of the DNC in general as compared to that of the RNC, no, I think it's fair to say that her presidency would have been very different when it comes to Israel. Keep in mind, that Trump getting elected basically have Netanyahu a multi-day orgasm. There's a good reason for this. Likewise, all of Likud and the Kahanists.

He has achieved a bunch of academic larping. These aren't suitable experiences qualifying for sudden leadership of a large organization. Experiential learning is deeply important for high level leadership positions. The nature of time and space mean he simply cannot have this quality yet. Digging your heels in otherwise is such a braindead position to take. Jfc

We have effectively always had an audit and accountability process for our agencies in the US, and I'd be willing to bet the same is true for you in Germany. The problem is that this is absolutely not that--it's just raw oligarchic capture-- and the actual aforementioned historical processes are naturally slow, meticulous, complex, and not readily reported on because they provide little clickbait. If you haven't already, I recommend you actually investigate into the internal review mechanisms that exist in your country.

Yea, this is what gets me and what news media needs to actually talk about. The texts are a security leak and sign of unfathomable idiocy and incompetence, sure, but there are missiles literally designed to target and blender people in an area the size of a car and nowhere else. They deliberately did this in the most irresponsible, collaterally devastating way possible. These people carefree murdered a bunch of children and families just trying to survive. Every single participant of that chat should be swaying in the breeze under a highway overpass right now.

And if the rest of your community was in favor, you would accept that this is how the community has decided to do it and, ignoring all else, it is not an unreasonable, even if not preferable to you personally, system?

Interesting. So you might have some sort of adjudication function, and then a person advocating on behalf, and also a person advocating in opposition of the, let's just call them "defending person," and maybe you try to in that way recognize and account for the particularities of each individual's circumstances and the thing that they're accused of?
