When I worked in a company big enough that I didn't know anyone around me at the office, I only said hello to the receptionist
Whereas at companies where I know and work with the people in the office, of course we say hello to each other - we even hang out at each others houses sometimes
I'm pretty new to this federation idea, but if I'm on a small instance of Lemmy and browsing c/showerthoughts@lemmy.world, would I still see degraded performance?
Are the instances mirroring the content of the communities hosted in another instance?

When I worked in a company big enough that I didn't know anyone around me at the office, I only said hello to the receptionist

Hope the battle for 2nd in the constructors stays close all season, could get quite spicy
Some really great racing in the midfield, really highlights to me that the track matters so much for good racing
Too many street tracks so far this year has made it feel a bit of a snoozefest
