I program in R and use Rstudio as an IDE when coding on my laptop. Else, I use the NVIM-R plugin for the VI editor when I code on the HPC. For R, apart from these two, you don't need anything else.
I also recommend the GitHub desktop client for interacting with GitHub.com.

I have never gotten them professionally, but I had a foot bath machine with bubbles and vibrations. That was very relaxing.
It's on my list, but currently, my financial constraints do not allow it.

I do not follow sports, but do enjoy playing sports or being outdoors. I also like to be organized and don't pretend to be careless about things.
