Not an expert but it was fun but didn't really try to make itself stand out. It used all the expected ecchi tropes but didn't put it's own spin on it. The ones I remember that were formulaic at least put a spin on one or more tropes.
I can understand this a lot. I wanted to escape the doom and gloom of politics (also American) and I have found that if I'm going to have communities I want, I'm gonna have to make some. lol I'm a big Azur Lane player and have been trying to add content to the Azur Lane communities on !azurlane@sh.itjust.works and !azurlane@discuss.online.
I think a lot of what happens is those who enjoy political discourse have been coming here so a lot of that content is predominate. Creating alternative communities of interest may be the only way to balance it out.
I worked on creating a nsfw filter to go over images and hacking it into writefreely's template system that I'm selfhosting. Succeeded with just css and javascript. lol
It's Girls Und Panzer for me. The original 12 episodes the most. You could feel the artists doing their best and the characters are fun and memorable, imo.

When I decide to wade into the hellhole known as Reddit, one of my favorite subreddits is Hellsome memes which does cute things like this.
