No, just a subverting of tropes isn't Weird West to me. As I said, it has to be significant. Something that implies much larger implications to the setting/world. Examples: steampunk tech, some alien/scifi tech, magic users, fantasy creatures, etc.

Even better for me is if it feels like a seamless addition. Like if everything about the town is a standard Wild West town but is also a low magic setting where some heirlooms have enchantments or a magic user is uncommon but not strange.

I've always loved the idea of Weird West. I don't know if there is a widely accepted "definition" of Weird West but for me it's almost anything that breaks the Wild West tropes or setting in any fantastical/absurd way. All of this to say I would put this in the Weird West category in my own personal interpretation.

TLDR: In my personal opinion, any significant addition of scifi/fantasy/absurdist things to break the Wild West mold is Weird West. So yes, I see it as Weird West.

I love the next-ui and have started to daily-drive since it has everything I need from it atm (I'm not a moderator). Two suggestions: One, it would be nice to have it remember my last selected comment sort option, and two, maybe adding RES-like keyboard shortcuts could be on the roadmap after everything else. I love the work you've done so far!

I agree. However I don't think they need to be barred from the community. As long as they are properly marked, like spoilers, I personally wouldn't mind.

I was wondering how a DLC turned full-release would turn out for them. I haven't played an AC game since Black Flag, but I was hoping this might have gotten me interested again, especially with them returning to the classic style of the originals. Nothing I've seen from reviews or video gameplay feels compelling to me about it.

I would love to see the Monk class again. It was my favorite in D3. Mostly I miss the Mystic Ally and Exploding Palm builds. If they could do anything even remotely similar it would be hella fun.
