Now it just sucks. Venues add fees, ticketmaster fees double the price, printing fees, sometimes you cant even get the digital ticket until the day of and hope nithing goes wrong.

Ill argue that the whole purpose of this tax structure is get houses into the available pool of property for regular folks to buy. Think of the needs of the many vs a 2 week vacation for you which you could still take in a hotel or a company that does vacation rentals somehow.
This was always my opinion. Any home thats not your primary residense is taxed at 300% going rate. Makes owning multiple homes for renting too expensive.
My city lets you do this....maybe its not common. But here i can request all kinds of info from garbage collection right up to all info on Flock installations.
