For sweet belgian ones, the trick is to separate yolk and white, make the batter with the yolk, whisk the whites till fluffy and gently fold the whites into the batter.
What kind of dropkick gets cops called on them at the movies. Seriously.
I've seen cops called to a picnic at a local park cause apparently there were too many people (there wasn't) and a local felt threatened (they weren't).
Before you ask, the picnic patrons were Muslim which apparently sparked fear in poor old Betsy.
Couple of aussie whiskeys. Coastal Stone (blended) for under $40. And another that I can't recall now.
Also an aussie Agave alcohol..which could be tequila and a Mezcal that was like $45.
Think we spent like $170 on 4 bottles. They'll last for some time too.
Have a mate living in Perth (moved there from here a couple of years back). Heaps of people there are convinced our lockdowns had military in the streets enforcing the rule of the law.
Pretty productive day all things considered.
Pickled some daikon and jalapenos.
Rearranged wardrobe. Took some clothes to a charity bin. Went to the gym. Had a nap. Went out for dinner.
Waiting to pick up one of the kids from a mates place and maybe watch a movie at home.

The end product is very light, fluffy and crispy.
Only had one yesterday!!! Slept really well though. Feeling amped today.
Why do I have energy right now?

It's so flat. Such disappointment, much disenchantment.
Nice...I'm about to have my 2nd one
Invited to relos' house this evening after dinner for a drink.
Love them to death (only relos from wife's side we still talk to), but cannot be arsed.
Just want to have a nap (soon), eat dinner, have some drinks at home and watch the new He Man movie.
They're becoming pretty rare these days. I think everyone in Melb has seen the bloke by now 😁

Red wine and edibles kind of evening.
It's a good evening indeed.

Solid dinner tonight, randomly ran into relatives we haven't seen in over 10 years.
I teared up a bit. My kids met some cousins first time today. Straight away added each other on social media. Verdict so far is they're chill.
Can't ask for much more.
The isolated vocals version of Total eclipse of the heart is the best song I've ever heard
I get shivers in my butt hole
I'm an only child and my cousins we're like my siblings.
We don't talk much (distance and time zones)... but we're still close...if that makes sense
She's going to The Neighbourhood. Apparently quite popular amongst the youth.
Not really into metal 😁

Dan Murphy's had a clearance on some interesting liquor.
Still have some work to finish, but start to weekend is looking pretty sweet.
It's what happens when you get your news from TikTok or Facebook.

Happy Sunday people.
Or not. I can't tell you what to do.
