Yes, spread the word that weed is not the panacea everybody wants to believe. Tell the chronic users in your life that there's better interventions that can produce meaningful improvements.
Word of advice that helped me a lot.... Heat the oil and bring it down in temperature then pour it over the dried spices vs. heating spices and oil together. I found it reduced bitterness and astringency quite a bit.
I would have expected some kind of analysis or explanation... or at least the pertinent chunk of "rules" rather than this happened, that happened, he said she said style reporting.
