Buying an Xiaomi phone you will have to comb through a couple hundred menus to deactivate ads and other privacy issues. Some of them will automatically turn back on on update.
You will also fight the extremely aggressive battery saving options at some point.
Alternate launchers are not really supported and break app switching sometimes.
And security updates are slow, up to multiple months between them. (But that is sadly not unique to Xiaomi)
Not sure what you mean with loading pages, but maybe you should look into classless CSS for a minimal look. One of my favorites is Water.css when I just want to have something other than the browser default HTML styling, but there are many more.

Naja, kommt drauf an wo du duscht und was du machst. Könnte zum Beispiel §113 OWiG sein oder §183(a) StGB, wenn du es aufm Marktplatz machst.
