on Alex Jones spent over $93,000 in July. Sandy Hook families who sued him have yet to see a dime · c/news · 4 pts · 2yI think you meant that the other way around...

on UK is building Europe's first lithium refinery that could power up to a million electric cars · c/worldnews · -2 pts · 2yAs much as I'd like to agree with you, the problem with your idea is that on day two after cars were made illegal society would just collapse. on UK is building Europe's first lithium refinery that could power up to a million electric cars · c/worldnews · -5 pts · 2yNice trolling, good Sir.
on Crosspost: BeyoncĂ© selling "only listening" tickets · c/aboringdystopia · 3 pts · 2yWell, isn't that just... insane?
on Crosspost: BeyoncĂ© selling "only listening" tickets · c/aboringdystopia · 24 pts · 2yWait, what? $900 to see Beyonce? How is that justified? Or even possible?
on 'Dumb' automation via clocks and timing? · c/homeautomation · 1 pts · 3yYes, I agree with you. Your solution answers OPs question. However, sometimes the question does not cover the problem completely. As long people know what they want, it's easier. But that's not always the case.
on 'Dumb' automation via clocks and timing? · c/homeautomation · 1 pts · 3yI'd go for a more advanced system, at least if it's a little more than an outlet or two. It can still run offline. O ce installed, you can deny HomeSeer or Home Assistant access to the internett. Much easier to handleand easier to expand.

Wow, that's just terrible!
So the answer is "pay the waiters more", not "tip more".
Why? Is the American dream not able to provide for the workers for some reason?
