I got a secondhand Canon Selphy CP910 photo printer from Goodwill. It prints excellent photos. It requires an ICC profile though, which I think is normal for photo printers? (on Debian 13 Linux, and I had to find the magic driver that made it work.) I set it up in 2024 and I don't recall where I got the file. There are generic paper and ink refills on ebay.

I was about to say Magic cards, but my Chessex dice are older. I auctioned the books, but kept the dice, yeah. I swear to you, I rolled ones on all of my dozen or so d6s once. That was wild.

But the most important thing to know, is that every cycling article is just advertising. Here's some actual expert tips.

  1. "Flat bar" and "upright riding position" don't belong in the same sentence. One needs a trekking or cruiser bar with some rise, like 120mm or better.
  2. Hybrids are basically heavy gravel bikes without drop bars. Just because one can fit 2.4" tires on a 20mm rim, doesn't mean it's a good idea.
  3. If one really wants to jam off-road, full-suspension. Full stop.

There's so much more and finding out is half the fun. This article sucks though.
