I think it has to do with recent changes in PieFed. I'm just spitballing, but I think PieFed released an update that changed the way images are displayed, and it affected Voyager. I keep thinking it will be updated, but it hasn't been yet.
Just a heads up, if you really love it, it wouldn't hurt to throw the dev a few bucks each month for support and to encourage continued development. I do, and, even though it's not much, if everyone that uses it gave a little, it would add up!
I don't know anything about the safety and security, I just wanted to point out that Piefed has had private communities for about 4 months now. One can be set up where the only way you can get in is being invited by a member, a mod, or the owner of the community.
I'm having the same problem, but I didn't see a post from anyone else, so I thought I must be the only one. I'm on piefed.zip piefed.social, and a smaller local one, peachpie.theatl.social, and they're all having the same issue.
I've always found you to be very responsive to any issue or suggestion I've raised. I appreciate all the work you've done, and I appreciate the great app.
Okay, after chasing this down a rabbit hole of posts and comments, it seems like it is an issue with .zip running the 1.7 dev version, and not a Voyager issue. It looks like the admin on .zip is aware and working on the problem.
Thanks for replying. Strangely, it’s not all of Piefed, because I’m replying to this post on Voyager using my piefed.social account. I have another Piefed account as well on a small instance, and I can use Voyager with that one. It must be something with .zip.
Hmm, I'll have to try that.

Yeah, I guess I should have put that in my post, huh? 🤦🏻♂️

I think that not federating would be better for a private community, but maybe that's just me. If it federates, then it's not really private.

That was the 3rd "season" of The Button, and each one gets better than the last!
And that rug really did tie the whole room together.

Keep on keeping on my good man!

I’m seeing the same results. Thanks for the comment.
Not something that I thought I would read today. 🤷🏻♂️
Thanks!
Still out of order. Is this something on the piefed.zip side that they will have to implement to fix?
Thank you!
Wow, you’re a monster! 😳
Gonna be really funny when he gets back here and has no MS-13 tattoo on his knuckles.
“But the El Salvadoran prison lasered it off. Yeah, that’s the ticket. Really.”
