Yeah. Couch to 5K is the way to go and apps like Just Run help. Listen to your body and don't over do it. I just ran my first 5K today after working back from a long hiatus because of surgery. I've gained a lot of weight and hoping improving my diet and getting back to running will help trim me up. Good luck!
We're not really big on the Father's Day celebrations, but I want to spend the day with my wife and kids. Where we go to breakfast is really a secondary concern. I don't want to go to a fast food joint, but it's not the meal that's meaningful, it's the gathering. A local non-chain restaurant is usually good. I don't want to spend a ton of time in the car and the food is usually good. Maybe ask Dad what he wants?
Did you split that yourself? Did you use a splitter or with a maul? It's nice and uniform. Looks like something with a nice straight grain like ash or maple.
My dog still investigates a spot on our walk where she found a remnant bit of ham sandwich almost 10 years ago. She's eternally optimistic that there will be more ham.

Dude definitely has a cartoon villain vibe.
Can you be nostalgic for a place and time you've never been? I feel a really strong pull to step into this picture.
That's a toad.

New blades are great. Really improves visibility when it's raining
In fisheries, YOY stands for young-of-year. Take from that what you will.
Meh. It's no biggie.
