I expect that after the first few purges, most of the people missing afterwards would be the poor and vulnerable who aren’t able to defend themselves from the group who just want to kill.

BoTW did not play into the metroidvania that I felt defined a Zelda game. Plus it lent on the “sim rpg” style of eating, cooking, durability, etc.
Then ToTK just felt like a gimmicky cash grab. Copy paste terrain, “gadget building” straight out of some steam early access game.
Ultimately, both games felt like a hodgepodge of stolen concepts, slapped together. And the adoration that they received just makes me hate them more.
My favourite (that I saw a human do) was asserting on unconstrained mocks with a typo (so they always asserted true)
Hundreds of tests. Not exactly pointless as they did call the code so maybe caught some issues. But we fixed the typo and barely half of them passed.
No idea how the software worked, but it did.

I have multiple proxmox hosts, running multiple VMs, each running containers.
I do it so I can minimise disruption. Fixing a fault in immich doesn’t mean the house is without plex for a week.

They have knowledge of their customers needs and the capabilities of the platforms.
