I was tired of the evil of amazon and tried to switch to the verse lite. Upon arrival it needed an update, as expected, to the latest firmware. Couldn't update it. Reached out to support with all the specs and troubleshooting I'd done. They slowly replied giving me instructions for the wrong model. Went back and forth for days with no solutions and seeming like they weren't even reading my responses. Finally gave up and reluctantly went back to kindle.
I miss my 2ndgen kindle so much. I've had 3 since that first one bricked and with each generation they've gotten crappier with less features. Good on you keeping this one going. Never replace it.
You're thinking of WIC, not SNAP. It's only for pregnant women and kids under a certain age to make sure they have the bare minimum of nutritional needs met. And yeah, it comes with a ton of rules and limits. They've slightly modernized it, but you used to have to use checks that had the items listed and you had to buy it all at once or miss out for the month. There's a booklet that lists the item, with brands and sizes, that can be used. No substitutions or exceptions. And if something is miscoded, oh well.
The items are 2% milk or soy milk, peanut butter, whole wheat bread/tortillas, canned fish, low sugar cereal, fruit juice and like $10 worth of fresh fruits and veggies.
It can be life saving, but I remember the entire program being really demeaning and too difficult to utilize.
A lawsuit like this allows for discovery, right? So any and all fbi documents within scope? That will be interesting reading. I can't see how that will go well for Kash. Does he really expect a payout?
I'm going to sound like an absolute shill, but through a lot of experimenting with the typical otc perimenopause/hot flash pills, they just don't work. What worked for me is traditional Chinese Medicine Geng Nian An Pian and a wild yam cream. My hot flashes were out of control, like 20 times an hour, just constantly rolling. And all the other symptoms. It was the end of the world and I was losing my mind. After a month, I felt like a normal person again. It's been 3 months since I last had a hot flash.
Lol, no. I have 2 kids, 3 cats, an absent minded professor of a husband and perimenopause fuzzy brain. Nothing is ever put in a place than makes sense.
I used to live in a world where I had perfect recall of every item in my house. Now I'm lucky if I find what I'm looking for in less than a week.
I hope it helps! I tried those seabands too and all they did was piss me off and trigger anxiety by having my wrists restrained. I have similar results with compression socks that Dr's always recommend.
I haven't tried it, but I wonder if ear seeds will give similar results for acupressure, if it works for you. Just a thought. Sending stomach calming vibes your way. 🙃
Pregnancy sucks. It can have good parts but there are so very many bad parts that far outweigh it. And the fear, and guilt, and lack of support and validation. Guh. I'm sorry. Feel free to message me if you need to late night vent.
I'm sure you've tried every trick. I took so much b12. The only thing that helped my nausea with my last pregnancy was acupressure. I couldn't afford acupuncture so I got one of those $20 metal pressure tools off of Amazon and a book out of the library. It worked, amazingly. And later on for other complaints.
My 6 year old son absolutely loves the Snap Circuits kits. We've also started teaching him collectable card games (Pokémon, Yu Gi Oh , etc) which challenge his reading and strategy skills. Plus great quality time activity.
There are tons of Stem kits out there for less than $40.
If your cat is laying there and purring he might actually know exactly what he's doing. The frequencies that cats purr at actually encourages bones to heal. He's trying to help you. That said, cats hate citrus scents. You can also move him where you want him and give him treats there to make positive association. Training and repetition take time. Locking him out might be easier.
The IRS might be very interested in what your ex employer has to say. If he hasn't been properly withholding taxes, you'll ultimately be responsible. And obv don't pay a dime. You might actually be looking at some windfall for whatever fines BOLI ends up charging him.
In my experience, most employers, and landlords, count on you not knowing your rights and their status as authority to get away with shit like this.
Everyone's discussing ODing on OTC pain meds but the bigger part of this story is why he's in so much pain for so long without being able to see a Dr and receive treatment for chronic pain.

This guy was the foundation of my cooking skills... 20 years ago. Damn.
Yeah, isn't there some law about social security and brain death...

Man, don't get my hopes up!
Ooooooh! Now my career path makes so much more sense.

Salty and sweet, man! Clearly you've never dipped fries into a milkshake. Your lack of life experience is concerning.
Mass genocide of an impoverished people is fine, but oh no, don't go after a country that can fight back. That's a step too far!

I like the steam deck startup movies. But no, points aren't for anything, really. Been around at least...5 years.
