Accidentally letting a "that guy" join for a session before having to them they can't play with my group anymore.
I tried to do a time loop in Monsters of the Week (but I doubt the system would matter in this case) and it just turned into a repetitive slog that ended the campaign.
I know this is cliche, but it took a long time for me to truly believe that asking for help/going to therapy/trying medication was not a sign of weakness or being "a sissy"
It's a TTRPG by Goodman Games and it's actually a lot of fun. Two gimmicks that the game is known for is using oddly shaped dice (d5, d7, d30) and the funnel. A level 0 adventure where characters who survive become level 1 characters.
