Those three tags for promo posts seems like a pretty good compromise, don't really have any better suggestions for the exact acronyms or tag specific descriptions. I use LLMs for personal and work but I don't post promotional material about any of it, I think most people using AI for personal side-projects aren't making promo posts about it either, so already this won't affect most people. The most vocal users in Lemmy selfhosted are going to downvote the hell out of anything that has an AGENTS.md or a single commit that smells AI-generated regardless of the tags, this will mostly speed up the dogpiling.
Don't think I've ever finished a GTA game, they're good simulators for driving recklessly and seeing how fast you can get a 5-star wanted rating. I'm sure some people are head over heels for the story or the multiplayer. At this point Rockstar knows it's their money printer, if they keep making it people will keep buying it.
I used to be like Steve. It took a lot of years until I looked back and realized my mindset probably made a lot of people feel like you do now. Didn't start treatments or therapy until years into college. You can't rush someone's journey to improve, it goes at their pace. They'll appreciate it if you take the time for yourself that you need, and welcome them into anywhere that you reasonably can. Even if they refuse every offer or sentiment, they'll still know you were there for them, and it will matter.
I only work one job, but the low income means without living with family I'd be homeless. I wish sanity got to be a part in breaking even each month...

There could be a lot of benefit to a tech industry wide Public Shame Index with how utterly soulless some companies are getting. Though, it would be under constant pressure from the largest companies to call it slander or libel, whatever they'd try to say to the abuse contact email of whoever hosts it to get it taken down.
