"“I’ve lost trust and don’t have time to find a new solution for upcoming travel. I have someone coming for check-ins, but they can’t come in 5 times every day to give food,” a Reddit user [said]"

They shouldn't have pets if they can't figure out how to take care of the pet without a smart device. Are you too dumb to own a pet? Check. That also makes you too dumb to have kids.

"Under the contract, NOAA can also avail itself of Google’s DeepMind set of AI tools to help build out its first AI-driven weather forecasting system, the AI Global Forecast System, which promises to offer accurate weather forecasts using 99.7% fewer computer cycles and take minutes, rather than hours, to produce a forecast."

If there's one thing I know about large tech companies and promises, they always keep them. Thankfully the U.S. doesn't have a bunch of sociopaths running the government who don't want to acknowledge climate change because oil and coal industries are giving them bribes. This will only end well.

I remember companies doing this with cloud services.

CEO: Get rid of everything on-prem, the cloud sales person said cloud is cheaper!

First year cloud coats are more than 3 year depreciation of on-prem equipment

CEO: Huh...welp it's impossible for me to be wrong, so we're just going to say it was cheaper.

Every person I've known that has a Jeep: I LOVE MY JEEP!

Me: You never have any problems with it?

Everyone: Oh yeah, all the time. But it's a JEEP!

I know to a rational person it may seem that way, but the Republican party isn't rational.

SCOTUS has given the green light for every state to gerrymander districts as much as they can. There's more red states than blue states in the U.S., and as long as people stay in the Trump cult, and/or are willfully stupid, it's going to be tough to have real change. They'll just keep burning their own house down to spite their neighbors.

I know the recent special elections have flipped seats, but I think it's way too early to say the Republican party is in trouble. The U.S. has a lot of racist dumb people.

It's possible to simultaneously think there are issues with the Chinese government and U.S. government.  You could mention 3 June 1989 I'm China or Epstein files in the U.S.

"AIPAC’s influence has become a flashpoint inside the Democratic Party, as leaders struggle to respond to rapidly shifting views about Israel among progressives, especially in the wake of the war in Gaza and amid the current U.S.-Israeli war with Iran."

Just say you're against genocide from any country. Fucking Democrat leadership this isn't that hard.

Yes, Israel is going to say it's not genocide and Trump is going to say he doesn't have dementia. You don't have to agree with either of them.
