Yeah, that looks to just be the cover, the actual gas spring cylinder is rather thick (3mm galvanised steel) and typically doesn't want to dent (due to the pressurised gas inside).
Though I'm trying to workout how you got a dent on that bit; normally the whole tap it with a rubber mallet is talking about the tapping the foot/wheel part, parallel to the gas spring
The other thing that often holds them together is a circlip around the tip of the piston of the gas ring, this typically secures the feet to the piston
So one weird berry which I tried recently: Black Nightshade, it grows from small potatoish looking plants, the berries are smaller than 1cm in diameter. The flavour is like blackcurrant but the raw taste is actually pleasant (unlike blackcurrants which make a beautiful drink called ribena, but are a somewhat disappointing raw fruit, flavoursome but not very sweet)
It's worth mentioning it's not the same thing as Deadly Nightshade, they both have black berries but black nightshade hang in small clusters whereas deadly nighshade exist as single fruits, cupped and face upward.
Yew berries are ones I still want to try but am in no hurry to, as the red flesh is edible but the seed contained within is deadly.
I've wanted to try cloudberries for years but have never gotten the chance, how would you describe them?
This is definitely AI, look closely at the background vegetables, it appears the cabbages are growing hands... And the lady who is wearing some greenery as a hat on the back right

So after loosing my patience trying to figure out the best pans and hearing good things about titanium but not wanting to drop the money on ourplace titanium ones, I bought some generic Chinese titanium ones from Amazon and ebay, they're often advertised as "hammered titanium", typically they are 3 ply, but some are 5...
They are non-stick in the same way that stainless steel is (get up to temp, so that a bead of water dances across the pan before adding oil), very easy to clean with either a brush or stainless chainmail scrubber, no effect on flavour, has survived me cooking paella and aggressively scrapping it with a stainless steel spatula, with no affect on the non-stick.
Sorry I can't answer your actual questions but hope this helps
As silly as it sounds, depending on what you're wanting to mount you may be best off just either putting some paper/toothpick/matchstick (without the head) into the hole so the raw plug is tight enough that it won't spin as you drive the screw in. (Would only suggest this if its for picture frames or similar weight)
Out of curiosity is it plasterboard or brick that you're trying to mount to?
Raw plugs shouldn't spin freely, you should need to gently tap them in with a hammer/wooden block/back of the drill, often its better to use a slightly smaller bit (9.5mm) particularly as the hammer drill setting will often make the hole just a tiny bit bigger or if drilling plasterboard as its so easy to make the hole too big
What's fascinating is that Cuba also has the most medical doctors per capita (IIRC), they also provide more Drs to the third world than any western nation.
Essential preventative healthcare which is particularly effective during childhood;
Fluoridated water (teeth are pretty essential, also don't rinse your mouth after brushing as you want that fluoridated toothpaste being in contact for a while)
Iodized salt (Iodine deficiency in pregnant women and young children can massively effect IQ, it causes a specific goiter around the neck)
Essential multivitamins and minerals, and fish oil.
(There's also an argument to be had here for supplementing lithium at about 1mg daily, as it reduces violent crimes, depression rates and suicides)
Thats fascinating, though IMHO the biggest differences between batches assuming they contain actual LSD-25 is dosage more than anything.
(There's an argument to be had about the iso-LSD content which is inactive, which occurs from the LSD being exposed to UV.
Now a lot of what was called acid isn't LSD, which maybe where the waters get muddied, (IIRC the famous bad brown acid was actually DOI at triple the recommended dose, which makes a lot of sense why people freaked out)
Mushrooms are very interesting to me, I have very nice trips with them, but little to no afterglow, whereas the electricity of the acid stays with me for a few days to a week or two later.
Though I will note that LSD is also the only one I've ever had a bad trip with.
The thing is that tiktok isn't parenting children, its exposing them to content which is detrimental to their mental health and is often very addictive and can be very isolating.
I have to ask, how do you parent your children, (especially older ones/ teenagers) without invading their privacy, especially if they're already stuck in a harmful echo chamber, whilst still trying to bolster their independence?
It seems to me that you can have conversations and hope that your kid doesn't go down the wrong route, but thats a lot harder if there are legitimate bad and indifferent actors pushing harmful content on these platforms.
Surely these platforms have a duty of responsibility as a content provoder in the same way I wouldn't expect Cbeebies to be showing Texas Chainsaw Massacre.
That looks like the absolute perfect place for their retirement, I had a retired ginger barn cat who spent his retirement lounging in the garden, most affectionate cat I've known.
Fill a rubber glove with water and tie the opening, now squeeze three of the fingers and observe what happens with the remaining ones
The cardiovascular system is effectively a very long bag of liquid, if you compress one area it can no longer hold the same volume of blood, that blood needs to go somewhere else, which increases the pressure in the other areas
1 is that the first time you take it, the meds have the best effect and you finally have a functional day, but better, it almost feels like Felix felicis from Harry Potter. Some view it as what should be striven for, which unfortunately can end up with people chasing that first time feeling again, leading to increasing the dose more and more despite side effects.
2 is that after taking the meds for a few months, you've gained a tolerance, its less euphoric but actually more functional because you aren't chasing the euphoria (or the dopamine from starting a different task).
Personally I find IR meds to up and down for my day to day, XR is a lot more comfortable long term

My grandfather (who died well before my time), but I picked up the saying from my mum;
"Pray to God, but row to shore"
My sister gave me the following to bring me up from the depths of despair, and to bring me back to earth before I make an Icarus of myself:
"This too shall pass"

The best of this variety is this one

The article is subscription locked for me as well, strange...
Oh for fuck sake

This is one of those things that has no impact on my normal day to day, but is still absolutely mind blowing any time it comes up

Is this because of the risk of worms or halitosis?
It's an absolute appalling miscarriage of justice the way this has been handled. Disgusting behaviour from our "justice" system
I imagine it would help if you said for what?
Explicitly for piracy? Or like your own Jellyfin instance or?

100% percent possible, Ive used ones that are over 100 years old that use literal needles on the play head
The only thing that really breaks on them is the old elastic wound up with a hand crack to power them (which is relatively replaceable)

So there's two lines of thought here;
1 is that the first time you take it, the meds have the best effect and you finally have a functional day, but better, it almost feels like Felix felicis from Harry Potter.
