The cheapest I found is going for $376.73 which is a really good price in comparison to the $400+ cards that are usually available. That said it was used for mining, I'm not sure if that's a deal breaker or not.
I have a 144hz monitor so not huge framerate but enough for the graphics card I think. I don't really play competitive games though, so it doesn't matter THAT much. Where I live I can buy a used 6700 XT for close to the price of a new 6650 XT, not sure if that's worth it.
Unfortunately here in Brazil 1440p monitors are few and far between. When I searched for quality 1440p monitors I couldn't find a single one that sells here. Also, the 1440p monitors that are for sale are prohibitively expensive here.
