Update : I found a workaround. Bad news is that Silk browser is still not working. TL; DR is to jailbreak your device and get a different browser.
Did a little research and found out Cloudflare is kicking out anything that resembles a VPN, Proxy or adblocker. Made sure that I didn't have those, still didn't work. Then I did some more research, found out Amazon uses a cloud system to optimize their Silk browser, redirecting traffic through their servers, which Cloudflare thinks means that you have a proxy. (side note: some people, including me now, have an issue with Amazon doing this because they're saving your data. Just a heads up)
With some Fire devices, you can go into advanced settings and turn off cloud assistance, which will slow down your device but make it more private and hopefully fix this glitch with Cloudflare. For whatever reason, my Fire tablet doesn't give me that option.
So, I went into settings, turned on the ability to download apps through the browser, went to a site where you can download APKs without going through Google play and downloaded an APK for Firefox. I can go on Perchance using Firefox and it works, although a little slow. Still looking for a fix for Silk browser for other people with this problem who don't want to go through all this hassle!
Update: I waited 48 hours to see if my IP address went off the blacklist. Still doesn't work on either device. So I reset my public IP address by resetting my router. Still not working. I cleared cache and browsing history before both steps on each device. The only step available to me at this time is to wait another week or so and try again. If that still doesn't work, it means that there just isn't a way for us to use Perchance anymore. I've exhausted all possible solutions on my end of which I'm aware.

https://www.reddit.com/r/perchance/comments/1ipo2hx/verifying_issue/ this is the most information I've been able to find on this problem. The poster had a similar problem and was able to figure out the cloudflare error code somehow, but that still doesn't provide us with a solution or a way to prevent the bug. There's no way to fix it or stop it from just wigging out again that I've found. I'm just waiting a couple days before checking the site again, in the hopes that something resets. This works for some people with this issue, but there are also those who say it never starts working for them again and they just have to say goodbye to the site because of this bug. Maybe if you use the site too much it thinks you're a bot?
