If that doesn't work, I plan on getting the Jolla Phone C2, for which I don't know the US availability nor compatibility, but it seems to tick all of my boxes (including a headphone Jack !).

I currently use the external player with FreeTube (set it to use MPV)
It's not as good as the original player (for comments for instance), but at least it works

Yes, I can look at streams online However, I can't get the links to be viewable on jellyfin, by using tools to proxy them
Do the IPTV providers give an M3U file? Is that how it works?

Have you taken a look at System76, and at Framework?
Both of them sell laptops with GPUs, and have the Linux support basically guaranteed.

As said below, it won't affect users right now running custom ROMs, but it will impact the number of persons able to use them
Well, I just checked on the stats of the battery, and the status says "dead"
So maybe it's just a coincidence it happened at the same time? Battery is at around 700 cycles.
