Also the BBQ sauce it's kinda sweet so I'm not really that preoccupied with the sweetness of the jackfruit.
I think next time I'll cook it in soy sauce or vegetable stock with a few drops of liquid smoke.
It was very good, but it was too "liquidy" and messy to eat.
I still need to do more research with jackfruit, I really liked the texture.
