How many capitalist countries do you see succeeded? Because if I'm not mistaken, no capitalist country that "succeded" did it without exploiting other countries.

Focus on working your techniques slowly and with control. I'm not adecuate to teach, as I'm a green belt in ITF Taekwon-Do, but as someone that is learning, i believe slow repetitions and control are paramount.
Maybe you can workout those with the proper breathing technique and then, when they feel natural, start doing it with speed and power.
